Olmida collaborates with A.E.C.A.

Olmida collaborates with A.E.C.A. in its project CCI - RSC which aim is
to spread the principles of the Corporate Social Responsibility and to
extend the creation of reports in this field among the small and medium
sized Spanish companies by means of what was called "Cuadro Central de Indicadores de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa" accepted by XBRL International. The results are available in the website of A.E.C.A.

26.03.2010. Olmida starts a collaboration programme with A.E.S.I.C. in order to empower the dissemitation of its services and the access to them to the members of this y el acceso a los mismos de todos los miembros de este collective.

(A.E.C.A.), which is the only Spanish professional institution of accounting rules and principles

Olmida promotes the use of Ecosia

Olmida promotes the use of the ecological web browser Ecosia as part of its philosophy.Ecosia is an independent and non-profitable web site which invests at least the 80% of its revenue in a programme developed by WWFin order to protect the rainforest. Besides the electricity consumed by its servers comes from renewable energies.
Modification in taxes
29.12.2009. R.D. 2004/2009
modifies Spanish taxes up to the 1st January. Since then, the rate of
all the incomes obtained as a result of capital investments or savings
is the 19%. After the 1st July, V.A.T. rates will be 4%, 8% instead 7%
and 18%

Olmida cooperates in the early education of childhood in the developing
countries supporting a Non Governmental Organization which goal is the
offering of a better future through education in Africa.
Delay of the obligation to report VAT Record Books
01.11.2009.
The Spanish Tax Office pretends to delay until 2012 the entry into
force of the obligation to report VAT Record Books by companies until
2012 except for those which apply for monthly returns. This measure is
motivated by the difficult economic situation of Spanish companies and
the desire of the public agency to avoid adding difficulties in the
fulfillment of their formal obligations. It appears published in the
transitional disposal of the General Rules of operations, management
procedures and tax inspection approved by "Real Decreto 1065/2007 of 27 July".
Recruit of disabled workers
01.05.2009. Companies employing 50 or more workers are required to hire at least a 2% of disabled workers as it is published in the Law 13/1982 of 7 April.
The calculation is performed taking into account the company's total
workforce in all of its offices or working places regardless of the
type of contract under consideration. When computing, a temporary
worker will be considered as permanent if he/she works more than 200
days a year including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
All the companies avoiding the compliance of this obligation can be
sanctioned by the Labour Inspection with a fine between 625 and 6,250
euros.
That companies may be exempted by the Public Employment Services
exceptionally after adopting one of the following measures:
1 .- Sign a contract with a special employment center or with disabled
self-employed worker. The amount must be at least 3 times the yearly
IPREM for each disabled worker that is not hired under the 2% of the
staff.
2 .- Make monetary donations or similar actions which goal is the
development of activities to improve the opportunities to access to the
labour market for those disabled workers. The donations must be done to
foundations or non-profit associations which object is the promotion of
employment for these workers. In this case the annual amount must be at
least 1.5 times the yearly IPREM for each disabled worker that is not
hired under the 2% of the staff.

An efficient management in the use of all the resources is a key point
in the philosophy of Olmida. Among the measures taken, the efforts to
minimize the printed communications unless they are essential are
specially important as well as the shutdown of electrical and
electronic equipment if they are not in use, the optimization of the
routes taken by our team in their visits to our customers' offices and
the consumption of a wide range of paper (recycled and organic) all
respectful with nature (ECF), coming from forests managed for this
purpose (FSC) and whose production complies with the international certification ISO 14001.
